Whatever it is you are feeling right now, it is because love and compassion abide in your heart at the very root of all of all of those feelings and reactions. How do we get down to that root though? How do we connect the space of love and compassion we all have the capacity for inside to those difficult emotions.
This is going to be a matter of survival going forward.
How do we connect the space of the open loving heart, because thats what all of this is all about. Our love for life, our love for others, our compassion and desire to protect the vulnerable. Our love of basic decency and sanity. How do we connect that to everything we’re feeling right now?
Takes a little bit of practice, a little bit of training and that’s why we’re going to do this now, together.
