Interview with Ralph: The Mind as Your Teacher with Eric Zimmer

This is a reposting of an interview that was recorded in November 2018, on The One You Feed Podcast with Eric Zimmer. In this interview, Ralph and Eric discuss Ralph’s book, The Monkey Is the Messenger. They talk about the ‘monkey’ and why it is always on our side, and how the ‘monkey mind’ drives us both toward and away from meditation. They go on to discuss emotions and how emotions, as well as the unconscious mind are held in the body. Ralph points towards Radical Nonpathology and viewing difficult emotions as messengers guiding us towards greater love. Please check out Eric Zimmer’s page at https://www.oneyoufeed.net
