HEARTSPACE is a weekly gathering that explores the “parts work” of Internal Family Systems (IFS) within meditation. Parts work is a method for processing emotions, healing the nervous system, and dsicovering self-compassion. Every week we explore a different meditation, a brief talk from Ralph, and time for discussion.

It is a unique opportunity to deepen self-work, post-traumatic growth, and to further internalize the IFS model and parts work in daily life (where we really need it).

Our aspiration: moving ever towards a Self-led life, healed and harmonized parts, and having a safe space for discussing our vulnerable process along this path of conscious evolution.

As always, a video recording of the gathering as well as audio recordings of our meditations will be sent out the next day.

*Note: these gatherings are educational in nature and are not group therapy or a substitute for true mental health treatment.


Beginning Monday, December 2nd:

  • Four weeks of live classes on Zoom, Mondays 8-9:30pm Eastern Time / 5-6:30pm Pacific Time 

  • Classes and meditations are recorded and disseminated in both video and audio format every Tuesday

  • Heartspace is an ongoing gathering of parts work meditators that meet on Mondays. If at the end of this course you wish to continue, you are welcome to. 

  • Please note: due to Ralph’s ongoing health situation that entails unpredictable symptoms, it is anticipated one or more of these sessions may need to rescheduled (with as much advance notice as humanly possible)
