The nature of embodied practices like the ones we'll be exploring entails the possibility of becoming triggered at times and even disturbing emotions and memories spontaneously arising. If this happens for you, you will be given resources to help you cope but will be responsible for your utilization of those coping tools and your own mental health. Are you comfortable with this? And, should you become overwhelmed, who would you turn to outside of this course?

The only way this course works is if everyone is fully committed. There are no cancellations, no dropouts, no refunds. If you sign up as "pay as you go" and you stop coming for any reason whatsoever, you will still be charged. No exceptions unless you and Ralph have a conversation and agree to an exception.
