Welcome to UNSTUCK. I'm truly heartened that you've chosen to invest in yourself in this unusually beautiful way.

You’ll receive an email from me the Monday before the course begins.

Here's what's coming up.

Please read:

The first engagement of the course will be our first live one-hour Zoom call happening on the day the course is scheduled to begin. On our first call, I’ll offer a short meditation and a brief talk. It’ll also be a chance for us to share our inspiration for coming to the course. All Zoom calls will also be recorded and disseminated to the group the next day in case you miss it. If you want to participate in the calls but being on video doesn’t work for you, no problem. You can join the calls by audio.

You can download the free Zoom app for an easier viewing experience, but it’s not required. Do note that Zoom can be wonky at times. Streaming this many people from all over the world is a lot of data to put through the airwaves.

On the first Thursday, you’ll receive the first unit of self-paced materials (talk, meditation, handout, and discussion forum). After that, you’ll get an email each Wednesday with the link to join the call and further units of course materials will be released on Thursdays. As our course runs right into the holidays, here is our schedule for all the Zoom calls:

The audio and handout downloads will be available via Dropbox. You’ll be able to download them from any computer (laptop or desktop) without a Dropbox account -- or if you get the free Dropbox app, you can stream directly from your phone or iPad. Unfortunately, there is no way to download directly to phones, but you can sync your phone with your computer after downloading the files on your computer.

Our discussion forum will take place on the Slack app in a private channel. Slack is available both on desktop and via their app on your phone. You will be added to the Slack forum via the email you registered for the course with. You may want to download the app and/or familiarize yourself with Slack ahead of the course: www.slack.com

On the discussion forum, you will receive a journaling prompt for the week. The discussion forum will be moderated by Tess, an experienced student and practitioner who has completed my courses and has an excellent grasp of the work we’ll be engaging in. Tess will be offering feedback to your posts as appropriate and each of you are invited to interact with each other as much as you like on the forum as well.  Posting responses to the journaling prompts on the discussion forum is required. This is to give you the opportunity to integrate the learning and get what you signed up for in the first place and to assist you in being accountable.

IMPORTANT: It is crucial that this remain a safe, confidential space. What's discussed in the forum and on our calls is not to be repeated, reposted, and is to be treated as sacred. Thank you for maintaining the integrity of our community with respect.

I will email you with this information again the Monday before the course starts. I will email you again on the Wednesday that the course starts with the Zoom link for our live call. If you have signed up for private coaching sessions, please email me at ralph@ralphdelarosa.com and we will schedule them.

I’m here if you have any questions.

I look forward to connecting with you more soon!

With love,
Ralph
