It’s rather easy to purposely wire our brains to experience positive emotions more frequently, more deeply, and for longer, It’s also easy to rewire our nervous systems for calm and ease through deliberate breathing patterns when they are practiced the right way. The truth is, when we create inner harmony in this way we get clarity in relationships, set and keep boundaries with ease, spark creativity, bolster our resilience for deeper healing work, and just plain feel better.

Here’s how it works:

Each Thursday, you’ll receive a new video talk, audio meditation, handout, and journal prompt in a private online forum for participants only.

Each Wednesday, we’ll have a live video call at 7:30pm Eastern Time (EXCEPT FOR JULY 10th). All four calls are recorded in case you miss them.

You can elect to add a private session with Ralph as well.
