Good hearted people often mistake codependence for compassion. We tend to give even when the well has run dry. We find ourselves in toxic and taxing situations and with unsavory people because we didn't want to let someone down, feared conflict, or feared what it might say about us if we said, "no." After all, doesn't compassion = self-sacrifice? (Hint: It doesn't.)

He’ll reveal his top secret practice for radically accepting even the most triggering people at the dinner table.
