Monday, Dec 3rd 7pm @ MNDFL
Families and the holidays are the master class, the litmus test of our meditation practice. They try our patience, trigger our long-standing resentments and hurts, and push our political buttons. How can those of us who strive to live a wakeful life walk through the minefield of the holidays without coming out of character? In fact, it is possible to walk out of that minefield having grown and evolved in ways no other situation will push us to. Join author and psychotherapist Ralph De La Rosa for a lively evening of real talk and practice. He’ll reveal his top secret practice for radically accepting even the most triggering people at the dinner table.
